The company strictly adheres to laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, and has formulated Articles of Association to regulate the employment and dismissal of Directors and Supervisors, hold General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the law, and ensure that shareholders exercise their rights in accordance with the law.
